We are also able to serve non-members with a listing fee of only 5%. The listing fee compensates both the buyer’s agent at 2.4% and your listing agent (me). Preparing your home aesthetically is just one aspect I tackle. We will work with professional staging consultant, photographer, and appraiser to get measurements and floor plan. I can also help you identify a punchlist of items to improve prior to listing for the best presentation.

In addition to aesthetics, I get as much information about your home, neighborhood, HOA, and relevant topics to create a complete story of your home. This may mean documenting updates with receipts, warranty documents, HOA documents and important information, providing marketing flyers about walkability and the neighborhood, locating plat maps and surveys, and more. If we know there are going to obstacles to overcome with the condition of the home, I can get quotes for repairs to provide buyers.
